Welcome back if you have been here before as this is really post #103 but I like to think of it as post #1. I started this blog two years ago but never really felt I knew what I wanted to do with it. It started off as a time killer for slower times at work but even then it never seemed to have a focus, it was just a mess. So I have decided to start anew. I plan on using this blog to focus on my interests. I think I always wanted it to but I also used it to post about things going on in my personal life and as an occasional photo gallery but such posts became redundant both because of my wife's blog and my facebook page, which did not exist when I started this blog. So look for that stuff on facebook and at the soon to come family blog. So with that said, welcome to my blog.

C

COMING SOON!!!

New blog coming soon. We threw him a party on Saturday which was a lot of fun. We took Evan and some friends and family to a local farm for the day. The kids really had a lot of fun and the adults did too. All of the animals were nice even though the turkeys seemed intimidated by the people and the people seemed intimidated by the pig. The pig at the farm was huge, 1000 lbs. There was also horses, cows, and a lamb named Francis which the kids got to feed. The farm dogs and cat came to see us as well. Evan also got to spend the whole day afternoon and evening with baby Laurel who is the daughter of Jam's best friend from grade school. It was nice of Ada, Ron, and Laurel to spend the whole day with us. We are getting company this coming weekend as well. Jam's cousin Sean and his wife Brooke are coming for a visit. Yeah, it's been a long time since I have posted anything. Wow, it has almost been a month. Sorry blog, I have been neglectful. Not too much has been going on the past few weeks. All has been well. Jam's birthday came and went and Valentines Day was this past Saturday and we had a nice weekend. Jam bought me Kingdom Hearts RE: Chain of Memories for V-day and we picked up Dance Dance Revolution X at Toys R Us since it is now only $20. The DDR games are a lot of fun. Good exercise and fun for parties. The PS2 is still holding on but it looks like for me it's time has almost come to an end. There are one or two older games I may still pick up for it and only one upcoming game, Tomb Raider Underworld, that I would like to get. Tomb Raider Underworld is also available on and already out for PS3 so I may or may not just wait and get it for that. I don't have a PS3 yet but hope to get one sometime. I'm in no rush but I would like to maybe get by this time next year. That's when God of War III is slated to be released. The first two games in the series were some of the best on the PS2 I just saw a new trailer for it. Here it is below.

Another game trailer which I just saw is for the game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Smash-Up. My friend, Mychal and I were just talking about how much we used to love to play the TMNT fighting game on the SNES back when we were kids so I thought it was ironic that I just came upon this. The trailer says it's from the makers of Super Smash Bros Brawl. too which is enough for me to wanna play it right now. I think this one is for the Wii only.

Another Wii game which I read about is Boom Blox Party Bash, the sequel to Boom Blox. Boom Blox is one of the best Wii games available. It's a puzzle game by EA and executive produced by Steven Spielburg. The game is one of the most fun puzzle games ever made and one of the best to take advantage of the Wii's motion controls. I can't wait to check out the sequel.

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 263px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_VeiKsnDtu_w/SZqEGUjcHpI/AAAAAAAAAac/5j6Js5VIM0c/s400/XMEN_FOREVALPHA_poster.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5303696755313614482" />My last bit of nerdy news is that there is a new X-Men comic series starting this summer titled X-Men Forever. Chris Claremont started writing X-Men volume 2 back in 1991 but only wrote the first 3 issues before going on to other things. The series has since continued on with various writers and is up to 220 and some odd issues. X-Men Forever is going to pick up right where Claremont left off in 1991 and almost be a What If sort of series where everything in it exists away from the rest of the Marvel comics. So everything we know doesn't matter because this will be it's own self contained Universe. I can't wait for this. Those comics back in the early 90's is what first got me interested so I can't wait to see how this will be. I mentioned back in an older post last summer that there was a door poster of the inside cover poster of Chris Claremont's first issue of X-Men volume 2 which was done by artist Jim Lee. I said how I had seen the poster once and did not have the money to buy it but wished that I had. They are going to re-release the door poster this summer as well. I am definitely going to pick one up this time around. Nostalgia overload!

-Special C

Welcome to President Obama!

-Special C

A Belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year To All!

It's 2009 and time for a blog update. I have not hit the blog since the middle of December so a much belated Merry Christmas and somewhat late Happy New Year to all of the readers. The end of 08 and the start of 09 has been great.

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_VeiKsnDtu_w/SWcTAVCl2JI/AAAAAAAAAaI/2cd2YtPx6HQ/s320/car.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5289217183738878098" />Jam and I got a new car just before Christmas. A '05 Ford Freestyle. We had been looking to get something larger to accomodate our needs and this was the perfect fit. We had been looking around a bit and decided to check the Ford dealer where I had bought my last car and we ended up with a new vehicle just before Christmas. We are always so cramped when going on trips which require a few nights stay since we have Evan in his car seat and Logan in the back with him and all of our stuff in the trunk. Jam's car was just becoming too unpractical for life with Evan too since it was a 2-door. Getting the Freestyle when we did worked out great with the little bit of winter weather we have had and with Christmas. Getting to Pap and Ga's (what Evan calls Jam's dad and mom) was a dream with Evan having his own row and Logan having his own row and all of our stuff in the back. It was great to come home too because Ga came with us and Evan had his new toys to bring home.

Christmas was really fun this year. We went to my parents on Christmas Eve and it was nice to have the whole family there. I think this is actually the first Christmas Eve where everyone was there because last year Denise, Anthony, and Roman did not make it since Anthony had to work until pretty late that day. Evan had a lot of fun with his three cousins and the rest of the family. I unfortunately slipped on some ice and fell just as we got there and twisted my knee the wrong way so I just chilled most of the night. Christmas morning was a blast at our house. Last year was Evan's first but he wasn't walking or really into opening gifts. This year he tore into everything and opened all of his presents and som of Jam and mine before he played with anything. Then he played all day and night. Our neighbor Jean came over and had dinner with us. Jam worked on Friday and then we headed to Ga and Pap's on Saturday and stayed until Monday. Ga came home with us and stayed through the Friday after New Years Day. We just took it easy and stayed home for New Years Eve. My parents came over for New Years Day dinner (pork and sauerkraut, it's a Pa thing apparently). That night Jam and I went on a date since Ga was there to take care of Evan. We went and saw the movie Marley & Me which was good. Jam had read the book and said it was pretty close. I thought it would be a kiddie dog movie but it was really more of an adult drama about relationships and family and how the dog was involved with all aspects of their life. It was really good and had some great funny parts and some sad parts. I even got a little teary-eyed.

Both Jam and I had a good bit of time off over the holidays which was nice. It was hard going back to work for a 5-day week. Only one more day to go. It's supposed to be snowy this weekend and we have some new movies and games from Christmas so that sounds to me like a good excuse to stay home and watch some DVDs and play some Wii. Jam got an Ipod Touch from her dad for an (early) birthday present so I'm sure we will be playing with that. It's pretty much an Iphone without a phone. It's nice to be able to just pick it up and get online via wifi. Jam really likes all of the apps and games for it. The funniest thing we have seen that you can download for it is a level application. Can you honestly see a carpenter putting an Ipod on something to see if it is level. What I think is the coolest thing on it is that it can play movies. I put The Dark Knight, Juno, and Wall•E (which Evan and I watched the other day and it was excellent) on it. They look amazing and I can't believe how good the sound is through the earbud headphones.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

-Special C

Happy New Year Prologue

My first "real" post of the year will be coming up any day now (it's been a heck of a week) but until then, here is a video that made me laugh today. Well, it has been a hell of a long time since a substantial post to the 'ol blog here. I actually just checked and it has been a month minus some video posts. So here we go. You may want to brew a pot of coffee if you plan to read through this one in one sitting. Just kidding.

So, I have no excuse for not posting, I honestly just have not been able to think of anything to post about. Is that called bloggers block? Something like that I guess. Seriously though, not a whole lot has been going on lately. Thanksgiving has come and gone. Christmas is soon approaching. We have been getting ready for the holidays. Our tree is up and most of the shopping is done. Christmas with Evan is going to be so fun this year. Last year was his first but I think that this year he will be more into it. 2008 was a pretty awesome year but I can not wait for 2009. I just think it is going to be an amazing year.

One thing that we (Jam and I) have been doing is watching some tv. I definitely watch more than Jam though. I am an avid tape it and watch it later kinda person. And yes I said tape, I am one of a few who still uses a VCR. Anyway, with the holiday coming up, most shows are getting ready for a couple of weeks or couple of months break. Some are never coming back and some are returning after long breaks. Most shows have been good. Mostly more of the same quality as they had been before. Two shows really stood out for me this year. Both are wrapping up their second seasons. Both are on ABC. They are Eli Stone and Pushing Daisies. Oh, and both are CANCELLED. WTF?

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 113px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_VeiKsnDtu_w/SUIsWkTIu2I/AAAAAAAAAZg/DGYKYi6Hh7o/s200/elistone1.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5278830479444327266" />Eli Stone started in Jan 08 and I gave it a shot because there was honestly not much else on because of the writers strike. I was hooked from the start and glad that it was picked up for a season two which started Oct 08 and in my opinion has been just as good. I believe there is one more episode scheduled for this year and the rest will hopefully air sometime in 2009. If not, I'm sure there will be a DVD set I can rent via netflix.

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 239px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_VeiKsnDtu_w/SUIsbOgzkqI/AAAAAAAAAZo/t1VSROyEexg/s320/Pushing-Daisies-tv-05.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5278830559495426722" />Pushing Daisies started in Oct 07 but I didn't watch it. I saw a few commercials and thought it looked interesting but didn't see it until it came out on DVD. I rented it from netflix and was hooked from the first episode. Pushing Daisies quickly became my favorite current tv show. Jam really liked it too. Season 2 started in Oct 08 and we have loved every minute of it. The basic premise of the show is that Ned, the pie-maker, has the ability to touch the dead and bring them back to life for one minute. The catch is that before one minute is up, he must touch again to make the undead dead again or someone else, whomever is in closest proximity will die. Even after the minute is up though, Ned can never touch the newly alive or they will die. Ned uses his ability to help detective Emerson Cod solve murders. Upon learning that his first childhood love, Charlotte "Chuck" Charles has died, they go to her to solve her murder but after Ned touches her, he does not touch her again and now the three of them solve crimes together. Also on the show is Olive Snook who is a waitress at the Pie Hole who loves Ned from afar and Vivian and Lily Charles who are Chuck's aunts. I don't want to say anything more because I want to encourage everyone to watch the show on tv or dvd or whatever. It is the most unique and visually impressive and creative shows in years and I can't believe that there is only 4 episodes left. The last episode for this year is on next Wednesday and then the final three will air in 2009, rumor has it maybe all in one night. I really do love this show and will probably pick up the DVD set(s) after it is all over.

I think Heroes was good this year and Stargate Atlantis has been another favorite of mine since I started watching it last year. Stargate Atlantis ends with it's 100th episode in January but will continue on sometime in the future with straight-to-DVD movies. Shows I am looking froward to coming back in January are Battlestar Galactica (the final season, can not wait), Lost, Nip/Tuck, Rescue Me, and Friday Night Lights.

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 200px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_VeiKsnDtu_w/SUItNYT6TZI/AAAAAAAAAaA/fXvUVWYHS70/s200/41T6jJqjkmL._SL500_AA240_.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5278831421119155602" />I have not watched too many movies lately but have managed to squeeze in a few. I finally got around to seeing The Dark Knight when it was at the West Shore Theatre in New Cumberland and it was as amazing as everyone praises it for being. Jam and I went out and saw Four Christmases last weekend which was pretty funny. The only DVDs I have watched from netflix recently were those of the second season of Dexter. Good show but the first season was far superior. The only DVD we bought recently was The X-Files I Want To Believe. We saw it in the theatre and both liked it and wanted to see it again sooner than later. I knew I would buy it but was going to wait until after Christmas. Jam just told me to get it since she was going to get it anyway and I really wanted it. We didn't watch it yet though. Maybe this weekend.

I've been doing a little bit of reading lately too. I started reading the Star Trek Next Generation books that take place after the shows and movies and they have been pretty good. I have been reading some comics too but right now can't think of any that stand out. Marvels Secret Invasion was pretty good but it seemed a bit drawn out. I did just learn that New Exiles is being cancelled after the 18th issue but it is time. It has never been as good as the original Exiles.

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 142px; height: 200px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_VeiKsnDtu_w/SUIshIDSjPI/AAAAAAAAAZw/lH3ujY1PqRs/s200/z_w_wii_pkf_090707.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5278830660840230130" />I have not been playing too many games but what little I have been playing are good. I got "Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure" for the Wii which is a lot of fun. Every Wii owner should get this game. It is very unique, fun, and challenging. I am pretty sure it is out of print now too. I also downloaded Megaman 9 which is a lot harder than I remember the Mega Man games being. It's great though because it is modeled after the original Mega Man and Mega Man 2 which were on the NES. The Mega Man series was is one of my all time favorites and it is cool that this new one has that retro 8-bit feel.

What I have been up to lately is enjoying my days with Evan and my evenings with Evan and Jam. There is really nothing better than that. Our friend Mike came over for a visit this week too which was nice. Mike is my best friend from college and we had not been able to get together for a few months. Evan had a lot of fun showing him his toys and I'm sure Mike enjoyed watching Sesame Street with us. Ha ha! Anyway, I think that's the gist of what has been going on the last month or so. Now go rest your eyes devoted readers, but only after you watch this video from Pushing Daisies!

-Special C

Songs for a rainy drive.

Hey, remember me? I blog here. Not to often lately though. Anyway, it has been raining cats and dogs and ferrets all day and night here. The ride into work a few hours back would have been horrendous but there were two pretty good songs on Y-Rock on XPN on the radio. The first was Slow Burning Crimes by East Hundred. I had never heard of them before. They are an indie rock band from Philadelphia. XPN is based out of Philly and they play a lot of decent music local to the area. I was even more excited when I learned it was being directed by JJ Abrams (who created Alias, one of my all time favorite tv shows, and co-created Lost). I was never a fan of the original Star Trek series. I think it was mostly because it was "before my time" but I never went out of my way to watch any reruns. However, I did see all of the movies with the original crew and became a fan of The Next Generation when I started watching it with friends after it had been on a few years. The new movie coming out next summer is a reboot or prequel of the original series and it looks amazing. I didn't think I would get too excited about it since I wish they had done at least one more movie with the current (Next Generation) characters but after seeing the trailer, I can't wait. Check it out at the link below!

http://www.apple.com/trailers/paramount/startrek/

-Special C

Not Much and a Music Video.

Not much has been going on since my last post. I think that's a good thing. This past weekend was a lazy weekend for Jam, Evan, and I. We hung out and kept it local. We got out Evan's train which he got for Christmas from Pap last year and ran it until the batteries ran out. He really loves his train. We also found him some Sesame Street figurines at the Christmas Tree Shop which just opened by us. They rode in his train and he has been taking them everywhere. They even went to the sitter with him. Evan and I went and visited Meme on Monday and Jam had off work on Tuesday so he had an exceptionally good week.

Other than the normal day to day, I finished a book I started last weekend, Star Trek The Next Generation: Resistance. The book was really good, better than I had expected it to be. It is one of the first to continue on from after the last movie. I highly recommend it to Star Trek fans. I finished it in a week and I usually milk reading books but I couldn't put it down. I have barely started the next book in the series, Q & A.

This weekend we are planning on keeping it local again because some relatives are coming up for a visit. I'm also going to go see The Dark Knight Saturday or Sunday night at the West Shore Theatre. I have not seen the movie yet and can't wait. Maybe I'll find some time before then to watch Batman Begins. I have not seen that one for a while.

It's been a little while since I have posted a music video so here is a good one. This is the video for the song Decode by Paramore. It's on the Twilight movie soundtrack. Twilight is based on the book of the same name, a love story about a teenage girl and a vampire. I have not read the book but would like to and wouldn't mind seeing the movie sometime. The book series is supposedly almost on a popularity par with Harry Potter. I'm sure the movie will do very well when it comes out later this month. This kind of thing is actually right up my alley. Vampires fascinate me and I really like movies like Lost Boys, From Dusk Til Dawn, Blade, and Underworld and novels which feature vampires by authors like Kim Harrison, Mario Acevedo, and Michael Romkey to name a few. Anyway, I thought this was a pretty good song when I heard it on the radio for the first time the other day. I bought both of Paramore's cds this past year and they are both good. My musical taste varies greatly but I do tend to like bands with female singers. Garbage, Veruca Salt, Letters To Cleo, Eve's Plum, Red Five, The Breeders, Save Ferris, Elastica, Evanescence, Flyleaf, and Rilo Kiley are some of my favorites in a list of many. Enjoy the video!

Paramore - New Music - More Music Videos

-Special C

A Scary Experience

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 240px; height: 320px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_VeiKsnDtu_w/SRKm0X_DTAI/AAAAAAAAAUQ/D2c6K9mnqsE/s320/n1385451179_33003_3511.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5265454333071412226" />I had a scary experience on my way to work on Wednesday night. I was driving to work and as I was rounding a sharp curve in the road, I saw a small animal run across the street. It looked like a squirrel or chipmunk or something. I thought nothing of it because the route I was taking is on a country road and there are always small animals around. I finished rounding the curve and was about to accelerate back to the speed of the road when a dog leapt out onto the road right in front of my car. He came from the yard to the right which is completely privacy-fenced in other than the driveway. He hit the road running apparently chasing the small animal. My car was only about 5 feet away. I slammed the brakes but the road was wet since it was lightly raining and I hit him at about 15 mph or so. He let out a small yelp as he rolled under the front end of the car and my heart sank as I feared the worst. A few seconds later, to my amazement, he got up and ran in the direction of whatever he had been chasing. I sat there dazed for a bit then continued driving trying to see where he ran off to. I got almost to work but decided to turn around and back to see if I could see him but I never did. I turned around again and headed to work, which was only about three miles away, still fearing the worse. I got to work and asked my coworker, Katt, if she knew of anyone with a light colored dog nearby. She lives on the street where this happened and knew the last name of the people who lived in the house where the dog ran from. We found their number online and she called them and they said that they had heard a noise and called for their dog and he came home and was fine. He had a little bit of blood, probably road rash, but that's it. I was so relieved that the dog was ok. They thanked us for calling and letting them know what happened. I was so happy because I had feared the worst. Since I had just been coming around a sharp curve in the rain, I was going pretty slow. That with the fact that the dog was running low to the ground and the luck that my tires straddled him probably saved his life. I never want to experience anything like that again. I don't know what I would do if my dog, Logan, ran out into the road and was hit by a car. He's getting some extra treats and a big hug today for being such of good dog.

-Special C

Obama wins presidential election!

After an amazing presidential election, Barack Obama has won and become the first African American to be elected president of the United States of America. Just chillin, literally. It's been cold the last few days and exceptionally windy. That's how east coast autumn is supposed to be though. So far this has been an enjoyable week. Jam and I took Evan to Dutch Wonderland on Sunday and we had a blast. We had never been there so we didn't know what to expect. It is a very nice amusement park for the kiddies. Evan had a lot of fun and pretty much passed out instantly on the car ride home. That's what happens when you refuse to take your daily nap before going to the park I guess.

Other than that, we have been doing some things around the house and close to home. After Evan is in bed, Jam and I have been watching some of the primetime shows on tv. One that we both really like is Pushing Daisies. We netflixed the first season last month just before the new season started and really enjoyed it. The first few episodes of this season have been just as good. I also really like Eli Stone. That one just started it's second season after a brief first season last summer. Those are my favorite two shows right now. New science-fiction shows Fringe (on Fox) and Sanctuary (on SciFi) are both good but could be better. Stargate Atlantis is probably my favorite sci-fi show. I just started watching it last year and am bummed that this is going to be it's final year. I also think that the Star Wars Clone Wars animated series on Cartoon Network is excellent. Most shows returning from last year have been so so. More of the same. Heroes and The Office have both been pretty good.

Jam's mom and aunt are coming to visit this weekend so we are looking forward to that. That will especially be fun for Evan. It's always nice for people to see him in his element. There will be lots of coloring, dancing, playing with toys, couch climbing, reading books, etc. But that's because there always is. I hope to find time to finish reading Angels and Demons. I have been tearing through it this week. It's excellent. Very different from The Da Vinci Code but just as good. I also may go see The Dark Knight at the Whitaker Center IMAX. Believe it or not, I have not yet seen The Dark Knight. I must be one of a few who has not considering it has made something like $525 million.

-Special C

Stuck in my head

I have the tune of this song stuck in my head. I heard it the other day in a commercial and it's been with me ever since. Actually, it a decent song from a decent band, at least from what I have heard of them on the radio and youtube. Band of Horses. The song is The Funeral which was their first single off of their first album in 2006. October is my favorite month of the year. It's my favorite because I love autumn and October is when you get to experience the transition with the cooler days and changing leaves and crisp fall air. I love jeans and a t-shirt kind of days. I love being able to work and play outside but not be sweating to death. Looking forward to Halloween too which is Jam and my favorite holiday. It will be a lot of fun with Evan this year. Here's to October and Autumn. Oh, the pumpkin carving at the start of this post is from Eduardo from Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends. I didn't make it but found it online. Thought it was only appropriate since that is one of the only cartoons Jam and I can stomach (cartoons suck anymore) and Ed is one of our favorite characters and we saw a Halloween episode recently that was hilarious!

-Special C

Back to good.

Hey!

I'm finally back to feeling like my old self. I had a busy weekend, then was sick for like a week, then had a busy weekend, and now here I am. Who missed me. Anyway, to make up for the lack of posts lately, I'm planning on a slew of substantial posts here and activity on my facebook.

Anyway, as for what I have been up to since my last substantial post which was almost a month ago, a lot. At the end of September, Jam and I went to a party at our friends Jen and Drew's new house. They are big fans of the murder mystery party so they threw a pirate themed murder mystery. This was the third (or fourth?) murder mystery party of theirs that we had been to and it was the best one yet. Everyone's costumes were great. Some people went all out. I forget what my name was but I was a merchant sailor and I ended up being the murderer. Good time.

After that, Evan and Jam had both had a cold and I was unfotunate enough to catch it by the weekend. I was pretty miserable for the next week and ended up taking a day and a half off of work which I rarely do for being sick. Jam took a few days off between her old and new jobs so she and Evan headed west to vist Pap and Ga (how Evan refers to Grammy) for a few days and I stayed home to rest. There are two kinds of sick people. Those who like to be babied and taken care of, and those who just want to be left alone. I am the later so it was nice to have the house to myself for a couple of days. My cold hung on for quite a while but I am finally back to good.

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_VeiKsnDtu_w/SPRon2LfztI/AAAAAAAAATA/Rvf7F7leINA/s320/n1391001258_30114516_153.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5256941698816134866" />This past weekend was great. Jam also had Monday off (Columbus Day) so it was almost like a three day weekend for us. On Saturday we went to the playground at the school down the street and Evan enjoyed that for about an hour. Meme and Pop-pop came over on Saturday night to watch Evan for a bit and Jam and I went out to dinner to celebrate our 6th anniversary. We went to Tavern on the Hill which is a really nice restaurant. We have been there a few times but it had been a few years since our last visit. One of the best places around here to get crab cakes. On Sunday we went to a place in Gettysburg called Land of the Little Horses. Evan has a love for horses so we thought he would love it. It's an oversized petting zoo with goats, llamas, emus, horses, etc. There are even some smaller horses who were walking around free. It was a very cool place. Ironically, Evan was not too sure about the horses but loved the goats. Other than that, we just chilled and watched some movies this past weekend.

And that brings us to hear. So far a good week. Since Jam had off from work on Monday, we did some house cleaning and organizing. Jam kicked ass and straightened up the basement a good bit. It looks great. We basically have a second living room (again). Oh well. I will leave it at that for now.

-Special C

Digging this song.

Sorry for the major lack of posts here lately.
